What does it cost to talk to you?
Nothing. A rate review or pre-qual conversation is free, takes about 15 minutes, and comes with zero obligation. Worst case, you leave knowing exactly where you stand.
How are you paid?
Like all mortgage brokers, I'm paid by the lender when your loan closes — which is exactly why I have no reason to push a loan that doesn't genuinely help you. If the math doesn't work, I'd rather keep your trust and do your next loan.
How fast can you close?
Most of my loans close in 20 days or less, and streamline refinances can move even faster. The industry average is around 45 days. Speed comes from an in-house processing team and doing this thousands of times.
I'm not in Arizona — can you still help?
Most likely, yes. I'm licensed in 32 states, and everything is done digitally — apply, sign, and close from your couch. Many of my clients I've never met in person.
Is it too soon to refinance?
Maybe — and that's a fine answer. Send me your current rate and balance and I'll run the break-even math. If it doesn't pay, I'll tell you what rate WOULD make it worth it, and watch it for you.
